Introducing Malibu Soul

This is the Malibu Soul Journal. A place to slow down for a minute and tell you what we've been building, why we're building it, and what it actually means to live a little more like Malibu.

If you've been with me a while, you already know the shorthand version. A brand that started because I was looking for home. Not a house, a home. The kind you find in a community, in your people, in a place that holds you while you become who you're supposed to be.

If you're new here, welcome. This is a good time to show up.

This Journal isn't just a place for product drops and pretty photos, though there will be plenty of both. It's the reintroduction. The full story, the feeling and of course, the place. Malibu. The people who built this with me, the community I have built. The pieces themselves, and why every single one means something.

Malibu doesn't convince people. It inspires them. That's the whole of it, and it's the reason this brand exists. 

So here's what you can expect from me here. Stories about what raised me, inspired me to create, and the ups and downs of building a brand inspired by this sacred land. The Rising Sun and what it actually means, not the marketing version, the real one. A look at how the pieces get made, by hand, made to order, made to last. And the people and the place, always the people, because none of this happens alone.

The sun rises. It sets. Then it rises again.
