The Rising Sun

It came to me in a season of reinvention. I was rebuilding. Again. And I needed a symbol for it. Something that meant what I was living.

The sun rises. It sets. Then it rises again.

That's how the earth works. Day turns into night. Night turns back into day. The seasons turn too, one into the next, whether we're ready or not. And so do the seasons of our lives.

I've had a lot of seasons. Some were long. Some felt endless while I was in them. But every single one turned into the next. I didn't understand that until I was standing on the other side of it.

The Rising Sun is that truth. Made into something you can wear.

To me, she's the woman who claimed herself. Who stopped waiting for permission to become who she was always meant to be. She didn't ask anyone if it was time to rise. She just rose.

That's what The Rising Sun Collection carries. A reminder, every time you put it on, that you get to rise again. And again. As many times as you need to.
